Autism Assessment and Testing

Here at A Better Me Psychology we can provide you with an assessment of autism for both adult and children. We conduct our assessment using a gold standard test for Autism assessment and diagnosis. The tests we use are known as the Autism Diagnostic Interview – Revised (ADI-R) and the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule 2 (ADOS-2). We begin the assessment using an extensive structured interview with a parent or caregiver.  We then follow the interview with a structured observation session. At the completion of the assessment parents/caregivers are given a completed report with recommendations to best suit the individual.
